Royal Holiday Club Timeshares

Royal Holiday Club is a timeshare developer based in Mexico. You have quite a few timeshare resorts in Mexico, but they also have resorts in the U.S. and the Caribbean. RHC also has two different forms of ownership. There is a fixed week ownership and possession of points. Since I own some credits Royal Holiday Club, I thought I would program my experience with the.

I bought 15 000 Royal Holiday Club points on Ebay a few years ago for lessclose as a $ 1000, including my expense. Currently, I pay just over $ 450 a year in fees and in 2007 there was also a special assessment of about $ 200. 15K in points is a fairly low level package of loans. It can get about a week or so in a mid-level resort. Since you do not have to book full weeks to do, I usually break my use of RHC points to two trips per year, both for three or four days.

If I had it over again I would have bought to make more points, ideally at least 50K,I think. The reason for this is that while the Royal Holiday Club resorts are pretty nice and there are quite a few of them, I think the real benefit of membership is the resorts and hotels that the lease agreements, in company with.

For example, I will stay at the Affinia Dumont in New York City this month. Located in Murray Hill, this is a suite hotel. I'm me stay for three nights, leaving me with over 5,000 points left over for the year. Even if I did not use theseLeftover points, I think pretty good value for my money to a really nice suite to stay in Manhattan for about $ 450 for three nights. I paid close to $ 300 per night for a regular hotel there, and I'm not talking about a suite.

But RHC does not own the Affinia Dumont. As far as I know, they lease a certain number of rooms and nights per year. And for this reason, it makes them one of the few companies, timeshare timeshare in big cities like New York have, Miami and Los locatedAngeles.
